You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.
8. Data Storage & Cross-Border Transfers
Your personal information is primarily stored and processed in Canada. However, some of our service providers (such as cloud hosting, email, and analytics platforms) may store or process data on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States. Parents and guardians have the right to review their child's personal information held by us, request corrections, request deletion, or refuse further collection at any time.
